Indoor Showroom
Built with you in mind, the Indoor Showroom at the Mon County Center has an array of opportunity! This versatile, 4,260 sqft space works great a a large or small venue space. Local community organizations, camps, meetings, markets, conferences, large group functions, and many other events or programs can be hosted here.

Outdoor Showring
This expansive 15,000 sqft covered pavilion is home to the Monongalia County Fair's Livestock Show and Sale but its functionality doesn't stop there! If your organization is looking to host a large outdoor gathering with the ability to avoid the threat of inclement weather, this facility has plenty of space. Outdoor markets, vendor events, 4-H events, livestock shows and more, this space is a blank canvas waiting for your next big event!

Community Food Innovation Center
A Community Kitchen
The Community Food Innovation Center (CFIC) was conceived by the Monongalia County Commission and its community partners with the basic philosophy of the old Navajo proverb: "Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you'll feed him for a lifetime".  Our project simply seeks to minimize food insecurity by "teaching more of our neighbors to fish". With this proactive approach, the Commission directs resources to eliminating the root cause, rather than symptoms of food insecurity.

Additionally, this state-of the-art "shared" kitchen is equipped with most appliances and tools needed for producing products or meals to be sold or served off-site. With increased demand as an event kitchen, the CFIC is also an option as an add-on with rental of the Showroom, if available.

The CFIC has the ability to operate 24-hrs, increasing accessibility and diversifying user groups and renters. The kitchen is a shared space including its equipment, small wares, coolers, and chemical products.
